My first book is a compilation of family and friend favorites. We would eat every Saturday and some of the best dishes were served. I was writing down requested recipes on pieces of paper, especially my recipes for pecan patties and Italian meatballs (plant-based). Finally I was asked to furnish a month's worth of my recipes and that is when Pumpkin was created. Pumpkin was named after my dear cat. 
 
You get 100 recipes (appetizers, beverages, salads, soups, main entrees, desserts and cooking hints and how to substitute different ingredients. I comes in a notebook which is easy to use when you are cooking and referring to how to make a recipe. I also used this cookbook in my class when I taught Vegetarian Cuisine. My students tell me they still use and have Pumpkin. I want you to have Pumpkin too.
